Perfect for lighter meats like turkey and chicken, our All Purpose Brine Mix enhances flavor and tenderness with ease. Simply use 50g for 1 liter of brine. Not suitable for bacon or corned beef, but ideal for poultry and other lean meats.

For 1 liter of water with 50g of brine mix, you can harmlessly brine about 2 to 2.5 pounds of lighter meats

Unit: 500 grams

Directions: Use 50 grams for 1L (2.2lbs) brine.

Ingredients: Salt, Sugar, Tricalcium Phosphate, Sodium Nitrate, Sodium Nitrite, Monosodium Glutamate.
