The Genware 4″ Vegetable Knife is available in a choice of 6 colour coded handles making it the perfect knife for use when preparing vegetables and a range of other foods including raw meat, cooked meat and dairy produce. It is especially suited to commercial kitchens where substantial volumes of different foods are being prepared. The colour coded feature prevents food contamination and helps to ensure that high food safety standards are met.
This vegetable knife has a razor sharp steel molybdenum blade which will gently slice through the food with ease, and a gentle grip nylon-weave handle with an ergonomic shape for comfort. With a Rockwell rating 56-58, there is great balance between edge retention and sharpenability.
